Agreement to terms
By creating an account or using PehleBaat, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
What PehleBaat is
PehleBaat is a private assessment platform that helps two people preparing for marriage compare expectations across everyday topics. It is a conversation aid, not a predictor, diagnostic tool, or counselling service, and it does not offer relationship, legal or financial advice.
Accounts and rooms
You sign in through Google, and are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your Google account secure. A room connects exactly two participants; each participant may only access their own responses and the shared comparison output.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt to access another participant's individual answers, or use the service for any unlawful purpose.
Limitation of liability
PehleBaat is provided “as is.” We are not liable for relationship or marriage outcomes, decisions made based on your report, or indirect damages arising from use of the platform, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
