The privacy commitment at the core of PehleBaat

PehleBaat is built around one non-negotiable rule: your individual answers are never shown to your partner, in any form. This policy explains what we collect, how it is used, and the rights you have over it.

What we collect

• Account details: your name and email address, obtained from Google Sign-In. We do not ask for or store a password — authentication is handled entirely by Google.
• Assessment responses to the 32 questions across 8 categories.
• Room and invitation data needed to connect two participants.
• Basic usage and device data for security and reliability (e.g. login timestamps, IP address).

How your answers are protected

Each participant's raw answers are visible only to that participant. Our comparison engine computes shared results — alignment status and conversation prompts — from both sets of answers, but the underlying individual responses are never included in any API response, log, export, or report sent to the other participant.

How we use your data

We use your data to operate the assessment, generate your shared report, secure your account, and improve the product. We do not sell your personal data.

Your rights

You can request deletion of your account and your individual answers, or access or correction requests, at any time by contacting us at privacy@pehlebaat.com.
